I send my best regards to everyone who visits this page and shows the intrest in our land. Unfortunatly we did not meet on this land, but Inshallah we will get there. People, we should try to know each other in a way or another. so that we can fight for our homes that we lost. we will get it back now or later, and we must do WHATEVER IT TAKES to have it back.
Rami Mohamad Atef Ibrahim Ismail Ahmad Maarouf.
proud to be palestinian.

Salam to all .
This is the best site I have ever seen on the net, simply because it's about Dayer Al-Qasi & its honorable families that
kept their memories & thoughts connected to it,yet passing them to us through vivid stories & endless yearning to return to it some sunny day. I have seen all the details of the land , road , houses ,the school, the water, and the thought of smelling those olive trees. I see the history & vision through the eyes of the honorable, disposed families of those two beautiful villages of the east & west of Dayr Al-Qasi. Now seeing it all on this site just confirmed my everlasting belief in the people & the beauty of our land which seemed only like a dream of a refugee child. Nevertheless, I still see all of Palestine in the eyes of old men & women that held on to the dream of returning one day. They have given us a sense of eternal survival & helped us strive to be the best we can be.

Well I would like to thank the people who worked on this site. And specially for searching about Dayr Al Qasi.

I think if we want to gather more accurate information about this small town, we should take if from our old people.

As I heard from my parents and family Dayr Al Qasi still including people who never mentioned in the lists.

I would suggest if we can make a committee in each country where is our people living and try to get more information that can be for our children in the future.

Thanks again,
Heba Sadeq

Hi

I am very pleased that some body thought to produce and maintain such a web site that will put forward some of the facts that happened and still happening to the palestnian people as a nation and as individuals.

Those facts that relate to the torture that the palestninan people keep experiencing at the hands of the Zionists since the turn of the 20th Century; of course the real escalation took place since the mid 30s.

I am very pleased to the responses this Web Site is getting and I encourage all of the children of palestine to positively interact with each other and try to help each other in every way they can.

Sincerely

Imad Ali

We have received a bit angry email from a Palestinian-Israeli who proudly identify himself as a Palestinian of Turkish descent. We have felt it is important to share and voice his opinion for democracy's sake. Webmaster Salam Alaykom: My name is Baria Hsermi, or Husremi. I am from Um Al-Faraj town, which was cleanse by the Zionist Jews in 1948. I live now in Israel (Palestine). I love this website because it talks about all the people of PALESTINE, which is a great thing, but the problem as you've said that we don't have much documents. The website should also talked about the people of Palestine and their ethnicity,... Because as you know not all Palestinians are from Arab descent, for example many Palestinians are Greeks, Turks, Armenians, Iranians, Albanians, Moroccan Arabs, Libyan Arabs, and Bosnians,.. and the Palestinian people should know about their origins; and also to show the world that the Palestinians were and are still ONE people. For example, I am from Um Al-Faraj and my mother side from Deir-ALqasi. But I don't see anything written about these people origins at all. All its written that all the Palestinians are Arabs and that's it. I am 30 years old and I remember that my father and my grandfather always telling me that the people of Um Al-Faraj were Turks after being kicked out of Egypt's ruler Mohammad Ali Pasha in the early 1800's. I am PROUD to be a Palestinian, but I think its a GREAT idea to mention where the people of Palestine came from, so we will have more documents, information,... if you guys need any information please contact me at bhsermi@yahoo.com.

I live in Ramallah but every inch of Palestine is my home. We؟ll never stop fighting till we get all of Palestine back and all Palestinians return to their homes. WE PROMISE.
Long Live Palestine.

The best thing of this website about Dair Al Qasi, that we let the third and fourth generation after the "Nakba" know each other and communicate, however, for now that's the best way to keep our cause alive.
