هذه صورة منزل الشهيد جهاد عزات سالم أبو سويرح الذي استشهد فجر الخميس الموافق 18/9/2003 بعد أن خاض معركة بطولية مع الجيش الإسرائيلي الذي حاصر منزله وكانوا يطلبون استسلامه والقبض عليه لأنهم كانوا يعدون مع صحفيين أجانب متواجدين في مستوطنة نتساريم في غرفة عمليات تنقل إليها العملية عن طريق طائرات الاستطلاع تلفزيونياً فأحبط جهاد عملهم واشتبك معهم في معركة ضارية وقتل منهم جندي وأصيب العديد وما كان منهم إلا أن دمروا منزله فوق رأسه وهذا دأبهم لتلتقي أحداث 2003 مع أحداث 1948 في تدمير الحجر والبشر والشجر .
