Hi all Falouja people....I am a palestinian from alfalouja and I live now in Melbourne, Australia. I belong to the sons of Issa clan....which is divided into the Awad and the shehada and the Kutkut families...my grandfather was the mayor of Alfalouja (Sheik Ahmad Hasan Awad) and his brother (sheikh Mohammad Hasan Awad) was the head of the municipality here and later became the head of Al-azhar university in Gaza....

I am looking for volunteers to work on a website dedicated to Al-Faluja (Al-faluja.com,org,net/Alfaluja.com,.net,.org).
The site will serve as a center of info on the town and it's people as well as connecting people together.

Please let me know if you have the time and the skills.

I would love to work on it myself, but don't have the time. I will glade to provide guidance and technical consulting to whomever like to work on it.

Dear all: Thanks for a great site. This is old news, but I wanted to let you know that I wrote a column last summer for the San Francisco Chronicle about the history of the land Intel chose for its factory in what the Israelis call Qiryat Gat. The paper has now fired me (for participating in a demonstration against the war on Iraq and, I'm sure, partly for the column on Intel), but that column is still available at LINK, in case you want to add a link to it on your site. اود ان الفت نظركم الى انني قد الفت كتابا عن بلدتي
الحبيبة الفالوجة ، قبل حوالي ثماني سنوات حيث ان هذا
الكتاب يعتبر جامع عن بلدة الفالوجة لكل شيء ، وقد تم
ارسال الكتاب الى عمان الى السيد محمد عبدالكريم ايوب من
اجل ايجاد ممول لطباعة الكتاب ونشره على ابناء البلد
المهتمين , ولقد بقي الكتاب في حوزة السيد محمد تقريبا
لمدة عام وذلك من مدة حوالي اربع سنوات حيث كان بزيارة
الى الضفة الغربيه من اجل حضور معرض للكتاب , ولكن للاسف
لم يتم عمل اي شيء بهذا الخصوص ويمكنكم مراجعة السيد
محمد ايوب بهذا الخصوص ، وعليه فان كنتم تنوون طباعة اي
كتاب عن البلد فانني احذركم من استغلال هذه النسخة دون
الاشارة الى مؤلفها ودون الرجوع الي شخصيا للسماح لكم
بذلك .

Thanks for everyone who worked hard on this site to put together all the facts in front of everybody all over the world. It's very impressive work and I am very sure it's time consuming as well, thanks again for all the time well spent.

Alfalouja besiege came latter to be the story of our people all over the (diasapora)...The defiance and heroism of Alfalouja Arab Palestinians and the Arab Egyptian forces fighting for Palestine at that time proves the unity of The Arab Nation against all the enemies...The blood of our myrtyrs and hereos contributed to the Land of Palestine will restore our rights in dignity very soon.
