انا محمد كامل من الاردن انا كثير بسمع عن يالو ونفسي ازورها

i was born outside my beauty small village yaloo but wish to die inside it .

I was so happy when I saw some pictures of my beautiful village Yalu. My mother always talks to me about it however never got the chance to visit it. Thanks to everyone who helped created this and thanks to everyone who has posted a comment. At least now we are step closer to each other through this website, as we are scattered miles away from each other.

Salam, my name is Neveen, my mother is Yaluwiyeh from the Nassar family, amongst who fled Yalu in 1967, and now we are in Tampa, Florida.

تحيه اكبار واجلال لكل من وضع توقيعه على صفحة يالو
لتبقى خالده في قلوبنا وننقلها لاولادنا من بعدنا
يالو من اجمل القري الموجدوده في منطقة غرب رام الله
فهي تشتهر بابارها الكثيره وائها العذب وخضرة ارضها الدائمه بسبب المياه وتقريبا يوجد بيها جميع الثمار التي كانو الاهل يزرعوها عام 67 وغير الاعشاب البريه كالزعتر والمرميه والاعشاب الطبيه الكثيره
وكذلك يوجد الكثير من الاثار التي تدل على قدما قدم التاريخ وبقائها على مر السنين فلسطينيه كنعانيه الاصل عربيه الهويه اسلاميه القوميه\

انا محمد خليل العرب من ابناء قرية يالو الذين لم يروها من مواليد عمان 1975 واعمل في الامارات العربية المتحدة - الشارقة سررت كثيرا ان ارى اسم يالـــــــو يتلألأ في صفحات هذا الموفع وأسأل الله العلي القدير ان يجمع شتات امتنا وان يجمعنا في القريب العاجل ببلدتنا الحبيبة يالوووووووووووووووووو

ليست يالو فريدة من نوعها
فهناك الكثير من القرى التي تحمل تاريخاً عريقا واهمية بالغة وتحتضن بين حبات ترابها شهداءً وصحابةً دفنوا بها ليقولوا للخلف انا كنا هنا .
وهنا اقدم احترامي للاستاذ حسن ابودية الذي جعل من يالو محبوبته وقصة عشقه ، واخذ يتغنى بها ويغازلها ويستكشف اسرارها حاملاً صبر الانبياء وفضول الاطفال .
فلك شكرنا وليالو حبنا كما لفلسطين واعادنا الله والشعب الفلسطيني في الشتات الى الوطن الحبيب .

It's really great chance to stay in contact with you brothers; I am Fadi Nimer Elayan originally from Yalu born in Amman 1975 and live in Saudi Arabia - Riyadh.

Bismillah alrahman alraheem. First, I would like to say this is a very impressive site and I offer congrats on the effort put in to such a site. Especially when looking at the collected photographs of the destruction brought upon the Isralies, in the town of Yalu and Immuas. I am a palestinean, and this runs through my vains. Although born and raised in Chicago Il, I must say Yalu, is a constent reminder of the inhuman way Palestinens are treated. Yalu 1967, was the cause of displacement for my entire ancestory. Yalu villiage was our history. In 1967, my father around the age of 13 displaced from his parents for days, with all the confussion. My grandparents, aunts and uncles, parents, freinds, they all suffered and lost so much, materialistically, emotionally, physically, tourtured. And deceived to believe that they will one day return. Okay! So where waiting?!! Why not give Yalu back? The Isreali government turned the land of Yalu into what is now called "Canada Park," really whats more important? An identity for those who where forced out of there homes, to once return? Or a park to picnic in? Get real! Where is the humaninty in the world, how could this have happened, how could a park replace, lives, and a persons exsistence?

Hello all,
I found this page with my surname and I am proud that there is a city of my name. My father and mother are Aramaic and previously called YALO in Tur ABDIN (South of Turkey nowadays) and today our name is YALU since we immigrated to Germany 30 Years ago. We are Aramaic people and speak the Turoyo Dialect. I am curious about my roots and this page and place give interesting hints to find back to my roots. I certainly will visit this place in the near future.

I am Bilal Issa Nimer Mohammad, born in Amman 1983. Yalu is my home land. I was very happy finding this web page.
As I know, Yalu was comletely destroyed by the jews as part of there plans to erase the islamic and arabic identity of the holly land of palestine. I hope that people of this vellage will collect all images and document's copies that remaines our right in our home. Please STAY ONE HAND, we are on right.

Born and raised in Chicago Illinois, still sustain the feeling of a missing piece in my life. One of six siblings all the children of Born and raised Palestine Parents. Their refuge to Jordan and then to the states. This site is one that really touches my soul. After a visit for the first time to Yalu in '98, this has a similar impact. I'm so glad to share my words with the people of my home town, n shallah some day we will meet all together in Palestine and Yalu. Actually I have not seen Yalu before cause I was born in Amman, but god knows its my best wish to go there and see Yalu, after killing the coward Jews out of Yalu. N shallah very soon.
