Schools An elementary school for boys which was founded in 1919, and in 1945 it had an enrollment of 207 students.
Inhabitants place of origin In the 18th century, the village was settled by the al-Rumayh family, originally from Dayr Ghassana, Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.
Religious institutions A Roman mausoleum nearby the village (still standing) which was converted to a mosque dedicated to al-Nabi Yahya (John the Baptist who was born in 'Ayn Karim West of Jerusalem).
Archeological sites In addition to the Roman mausoleum/mosque, al-Muzayri'a had Khirbat Zikhrin, a Roman-Byzantine site, which was inhabited during the Mamluk and Ottoman periods.
Exculsive jewish colonies on town's lands Nechalim and Mazor.

According to the Palestinian historian Walid Khalidi, all that remains of the village:
"The site is largely forested. While a few houses remain, most have been reduced to rubble. Cactuses and stone terraces are visible on the site."
