There was once, long ago, a water well just between Ramla and Led. Both Ramlaweyeh and Ladadweh were constantly fighting for this well, each party claiming that it belonged to their city. The fight continued for a long time until one day, an old man was passing by asked for the reason they were fighting.
They explained the problem to the wise man and asked him to be their judge.
The wise man, trying to be fair, advised them to tie a rope across the mouth of the well, thus dividing it into two sections; one to the side of each city; The Ramlaweyeh will pull-out their water from the section next to their city, and the Ladadweh will do the same from their section. Both parties agreed and declared this a just solution, thus the problem was supposedly solved.

That night the Ramlaweyeh saw the ladadweh pulling out buckets of water for the Ramla side and emptying them in the Led side, trying to make sure that their part has more water!!
