SHIDD, SHIDD....
They say that the perimeter of the white mosque (meidaneh) in Ramleh is equal to its height..
One day a group of Ladadweh made their way to Ramleh to check this theory, with them they brought a rope (some say rubber band....) to measure. First they measured the height and where now on to the perimeter when a group of ramalweh passed by. The Ramalweh caught the Ladadweh with the rope around the meidaneh, and so they naturally assumed that the ladadweh were attempting to steal it!! (due to their apparent jealousy...)
They started laughing and laughing at the Ladadweh and from this comes the chant "Shidd, shidd, qarrabat il-Ramleh 3al-lidd!!!!!!!"
