It should be noted the the below table was directly scanned from Survey of Palestine
(p. 185) which was prepared by the British Mandate for the United Nations. Also note that the below table does account for the Palestinian emigration
out of Palestine as a result of the 1930s great depression, which was substantial
especially to south and central America.
And the below table clearly shows that natural growth accounted for 96% of the Palestinian Arab population increase (Survey of Palestine, p. 142).
AGAIN, please keep in mind that during the pre-Nakba period, many Palestinians left immigrated to Latin and South America, where there is still a very large Palestinian community. If you scroll little bit below, you will see how it David Ben-Gurion confirming such data a year before Nakba.
The previous tables' data, jives 100% with fertility data of the Palestinian population in the 1920 & 30s (Survey of Palestine, p. 704 - 705).
Here's David Ben-Gurion, in 1947, destroyed another common Zionist myth that it was Arab immigration from neighboring countries that flooded Palestine and increased the Palestinian population. Not only that, he proved that Palestinians emigrate to South and Latin America as well. (see The Jewish Plan For Palestine by the Jewish Jewish Agency, p. 53):
