Number of houses In 1931 Nahf had 194 houses, in 1959 the village had 288 houses, and in 1967 the number of houses was increased to 428 houses.
Schools In 1890, the Ottomans founded in Nahf an elementary school for boys, and in 1942-1943 it became a complete elementary school. For up to date account of Nafh's educational institutions, please click here.
Religious institutions Nahf has two mosques:- the 1st is an old mosque located in the old section of the village, and the 2nd mosque , built in 1997, is known by Masjid al-Nur.
Shrines/maqams Nahf has two shrines for a couple of leaders who died while battling the Crusades. The 1st Maqam is for Muhamad Rabea' located to the north, and the 2nd for al-Shaykh Mahmoud located to the east.
Water supplies A nearby spring supplied the village with water, and in 1963 the village was connected to the local water network.
Archeological sites The village has several ancient remains from the Middle Ages, which contain mosaics, a cemetary, as well as another archeological site to the North, known as al-Shaykh Rabiah and Auba cave (from Assyrian Period).
