حق العوده هو حق مقدس وحق شخصي لا يحق لاحد التنازل عنه بالانابه وبالتالي لا يحق التفاوض حوله وجميع المفاوضات الحاليه حول الموضوع هي مفاوضات غير قانونيه وغير ملزمه وتوصل السلطه الفلسطينيه او منظمة التحرير لاتفاق حول الموضوع ينتقص من هذا الحق فأن هذا الاتفاق غير قانوني وغير ملزم للشعب |
