الى كافة الاخوة المنتمين الى بلدهم الام وقريتهم الحلوه كفرعين , ارجو منكم التوجه الى اعانة القرية واهاليها من الناحية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وذلك من خلال العمل على دعم المؤسسات القائمة فيها لانجاز مشاريع تتعلق بمدرسة ثانوية للذكور وتوسيع شبكة الكهرباء - عدا عن المشاريع الحيوية التي تهم الاطفال في القرية مثل الروضة النموذجية وحديقة اطفال - ومن اهم المؤسسات المجلس القروي , نادي كفرعين , جمعية كفرعين للاعمار والتنمية المجتمعيه , راجيا اعتبار هذا بمثابة دعوة خاصة للمساهمة بكل ما من شأنه تطوير قريتنا , والفكرة الجيده احد اهم انواع الدعم

كفرعين تشتمل على عدة حمائل تقع كلها ضمن عشيرة البرغوثي وهي ( ال خرمه , الدغره , دار العيص ) اضافة الى اخوانهم ال الرفاعي بحيث تنقسم كل حموله الى عدة عائلات , اما اهم ما يميز الجميع فهو التعاون والتاخي والعمل لما فيه خير القرية
