hello there:

I don't know if any one would be reading this post, but i found this page by looking for information on the web about al-Nabi Rubin.

For who likes to know, Nabi Rubin is a very special place for me even though I'm not a Palestinian (I'm an Israeli). Right now, it is really in a bad shap, but many Israelies visit it. On saturdays, religous Israelis come to pray on the tomb of Rubin, who is our father too.

The mosque still in bad state, most of the floor's tiles were stolen and it was full of sand, garbege and left overs of camp fiers.

In the last months, I found intrest in Islam and started praying a little. I started fix the Mihrab, so I can have place to pray on friday.

I went to khalil (Hebron) were they make ceramics, I want to put a ceramic on the top of the Mihrab with Alla wrighten on it. I'm not sure yet and i didn't paint it yet i need to decide on the colors.

Israelies like to throw garbege every ware but when the place is clean they respect it, i have some pictures which I will post for this site soon.
