These are not soldiers but police gendarmerie have green uniforms but are part of the police. However I certainly think that would be a better regular police ( "blue")

If all live in peace and harmony, why the armed military (the green beret troops in the middle of the photo) are present. Are they are there to make sure that the Arab behave. In Jewish fistivals you might see a police man not armed troops like those shown in this picture.

This is a picture of the annual festival festivals in Wadi Nisnas. It is celebrated each year in December to demonstrate how all the communities of Israel, (Muslims, Christians and Jews) can live together in harmony, mutual tolerance and peace.
