Only Muslims can win a war with Israel. All of Muslims must stick together and not to be divided. Don't be scared from Americans or Israelis. Allah with us.

I am a Muslim and from Indonesia, I am with you all...inhallah Bush will bw down and death to Sharon the evil.

Dear Sir/Madam,
You have a great website. Oh how I feel for the Palestinian people since I recently started learning the truth. I share this with as many people that I come into contact with. Thankyou

I just wanted to drop a line to tell you how much i appreciate your site. The issues dealt with go to the core of Israeli propaganda, and you deal with it in a very temperate manner.

While I have no direct stake in the issue, other than human concern, I find it very admirable that you can maintain this attitude. I find myself very angry about the Israel situation and in need of an outlet that is constructive.

The Right of Return Question.

A few of you stated that Palestinians should give-up their right of return, now place your ingorant self in the following situation.

you are home, I break down your door and at gun point I force you and your family out into the street.

I take over your home, your posissions, car, etc.

what will you do?
So, do not be a hypocrite, your forefathers raped tha ntive americans of their homes, so it is easy for you to say let Israelis rape the Palestinians of theirs.

The Children of Palestine are the brothers and sisters of all minorities across the world who have suffered at the hands of racist European colonialists. They are the children of justice requiring not only the sympathy, but the support and solidarity of the growing population of those who have discovered the truth. The fascist weapon of oil, power, and expansionism cannot fight against the strength of a thousand souls willingly to die for their freedom. I stand with you. I stand beside every Palestinian whose bravery contrasts so greatly with the cowardly oppressor, slaughtering with his American made weapon, hiding in his tank with the evil of racism. The Native populations of North and South America are your allies. We will never again see the destruction of a people as that which wiped out so many millions of our numbers during the establishment of White America. As long as the children of Palestine are dying, I am with you. I stand in front of the tanks, in front of the settler's guns, in between the bulldozers and your precious homes. I will not move. Justice will prevail, my brothers and sisters.

salaam to everyone. I am an American Muslim and everytime I hear news on what the Israelis are doing to the Palestinians I get mad why it happens. I am only a young girl in high school, but I am planning to write a book on Islamic poems mostly Israel and Palestine si what they would be about. I wan't to show the world what is going on in our country and how Palestinians are being treated by others. I wan't to make this a world famous book if I can because Palestinians need to be paid attention a lot more.

It is satisfying to know that such an informatve and fair website like "Palestine Remembered" exists to provide curious individuals like me to learn the truth without buying trashy newspaper accounts which make the terrorist invaders of antique Palestine into "defenders" of the Zionist ambush.
Posted by Valerie on NOVEMBER-4-2002 #3330

Unfortunately, atrocities have been committed on both sides. Let's not forget (as most people have) the nearly 900,000 Jews expelled from Arab states where they lived for generations. Why don't both sides acknowledge that neither has the moral high ground, Arab extemists like Hizbollah stop advocating the destruction of Israel (a euphemism for which is "one-state solution"), Palestinians stop asking for right of return (the Jews mentioned above aren't), and start talking peace again? Most Israelis are FOR a Palestinian state.

So johnny timmon,

In order for peace to be achieved - Palestinians must give up the right to their homes - from which they were forciblely ejected by Israel.

Surely then the other side of the coin is that Israel must dismantle the settlments which they have built illegally on Palestinian land, and end the occupation.

Jews who were exciled still see it as their right to return after more than 2000 years - so surely the Palestinians who were ethnically cleansed by Israel a mere 50 years ago have the same right?

There will NEVER be any right of return for Palistinain refugees how they left or the morrality of their being frobiden to return after the war is irelivent now its a simple fact they will never be allowed back.

Its time for the Palistinains to wake up and face facts that as long as they make refugee return a condition of peace then there will never be a peace better they make a peace and drop the refugee return policy and accept the financial compensation offered by the Americans and Israelis.

They need to accept that they will have to make sacrices if they want peace and statehood.

The right of return of victorious Palestinian refugees to their homes in their historic land of Palestine is the only guarantee for peace in the Middle East. The right of return is an issue of rights that is not dependent on the generosity of the Zionist state so-called Israel. The right of return is the right afforded to Palestinian refugees as members of the international community

It is good to see that there are many non-muslim, non-arab people supporting the Palestinian cause and recognizing the kind of facioust government that is the center of what is called the U.S, and Israel(which by the way is a word whose use should be terminated, and istead referred to as the occupied Palestine). I am from the middle east, but I never really took notice until I saw with my own eyes the injustice that remains and worsens as the years go on. Now at 23, It down right angers me to see the people of palestine, fighting back with stones and their own bodies, against Israeli tanks and ("Made in the U.S")bombs.If what Palestinians are doing is terrorism then there must be a new word far worse and of far greater magnitude to describe what zionists like Sharon and Natenyahu and many under them are doing to innocent women, men and children of palestine. (Sharon and company could've taught Hitler a thing or two about terrorism.)The Jewish controlled media in the west is their weapon to keeping the truth from leaking out.Shame on us if we stand by and watch them do as they please...because today it is palestine, tomorrow it could be us, anyone, anywhere. I have marched in the Palestinian cause in protests, but it is not enough, we must speak out. When a presidential candidate(LaRouche),for the U.S Gov't begins to disect and expose the set-up of the American gov't and reveal that it is run by Jewish spies under the shadow of Dick Cheney, then perhaps we should listen and look a little bit harder. It is not Palestine alone, but the impact of the atrotious zionist movement reflected in the American and British Foreign policies is evident around the globe. Visit www.Larochein2004.com You will be amazed.

Spread the word, and Inshallah Palestine will return to those whom it belongs to.

Like many Americans I grew up brainwashed into seeing middle eastern affairs from one predominant perspective-[i.e.]- Israel - tiny, brave, beleaguered and loyal ally of the USA-- against the evil hordes of intolerant and hate filled Arabs. Today, after learning the true aim of political zionists, and their control of America's mass media and its money supply, I know this perception to be false. Even now our news networks are peopled by cheerleaders or appolgists for this political agenda, and our politicians are little more than bought whores. The opinions of the American public, like the aspirations of the Palistinian population, are but mere matters to be dealt with as deemed necessary. May I still dwell upon this abused planet when the spirits of Palistinian Martyrs rise up from the sand and inflict a terrible vengeance upon their people's tormentors and bring to naught their wicked goals.

Human Beings Are Worst Than Wild Animals. The Later Kill To Eat And Survive, Humans Kill To Satisfy Their Greed And Increase Their Power. If the human race goes back and trace the source of evil in the world, he will start digging within his sole. Until each individual rids himseld from his own evil, we will continue to witness terrorism, wars, injustice and crimes. We shall not do to other what we hate for ourselves. Being Fair should go beyond our ego, and reach everybody we deal with. Untill that time, I hope that wars don't end us all. I understand the hardships the Jews lived during the 20th century, but that should not give them a licence to what they are doing to the Palestinians. As a Jerusalemite, I am willing to share my country, my city, my churches and mosques with every human being and with the Jews, but I will always insist on my right of return to my property.

Please let me thank you warmly for this site, and express my support as a Jew living in the USA for a civilized and democratic solution in all of Palestine based on "One Person, One Vote, One Country," with Palestinians and Jews living together in peace and equality. For 55 years, al-Nakba has been a physical and social catastrophe for the Palestinian people, and a moral catastrophe for the Jewish people. Al-Nakba is itself the common enemy of our two peoples, and peace requires justice, as in the new South Africa of Nelson Mandela. It is time for Sulha, or reconcilation, based on Diya or justice for the Palestinian people. This means recognizing the unity of the Palestinian people: not only those living under the 1967 occupation, but the 1.2 million living under Israeli rule within the 1948-1949 borders, and the 5 million or more in exile because of al-Nakba and its ethnic cleansing. Al-Awda, the Palestinian Right of Return, is a key to peace, a key to healing the wounds of al-Nakba which this site so movingly documents. As a Jew committed to the active nonviolence of Mohatma Gandhi and Khan Abdul Gaffir Khan, I hope that people around the world will join in a new and higher stage of global nonviolent intifada. Telling the story of the Nakba is one powerful weapon in this war without violence. Salaamu Aleichem, Margo Schulter

As an answer to tom levi, if he really wants peace he wouldn't speak the way he did about massacres for innocent people. he is arguing as there are no palestinian children and women killed every day, there are much more palestinians
killed than jews, and if palestinians killed innocent people with suicide bombers, it's the answer for the israelis who have killed much more before.
israel's history is full of massacres since 1948 till this day, don't go far remember what happened in qana in Lebanon in 1996 who israelis bombed a shelter for children and women and there were 102 people killed there, and they still talking about terrorism and defining it by their own way.
You are the one who started this war, and we're not gonna stiop till our brothers the palestinians liberate the whole country!
Posted by Ahmed Remzi on OCTOBER-7-2002 #3223

A quick reply to Tom Levi's post.
Believe it or not Tom, we also want peace, but not at ANY price. 'Sharing' the land means, amongst other things, dividing it in half - 50/50. It is crucial to remember, when it is said that the Palestinians were offered 97% of West Bank and Gaza, that this constitutes only 22% of the land that was their home prior to 1948. How can there be peace when Israel is terrorising a defenceless population whilst the West looks the other way? Please have a look at what a prominent British jew is saying about this whole terrible situation. See: http://www.channel4.com/news/microsites/I/israel/questions1.html

John Pilcer Palestine is still the issue. The television documentary said it all. The Zionist leader Ze'ez Jobotinsky, the devil deciple. Read the article published in Haaretz newspaper in 1923, it is really amazing how this article shaped Zionists policies towards Arab Palestine people and to Zionism racism. So close to Adolf Hitler, mass destruction of the jews. Devil deciple policies are still carried out by USA and Israel Zionisms. This evil cult will continue until the Palestine people no longer live in Palestine. God bless Palestine and it's people.

This is a small part of an article written by a peace activist working inside the occupied territories. The full account can be found by contacting www.schnews.org/uk

We'd been doing checkpoint-watch every day there for the past nine days,
monitoring the soldier's activities. Children from the surrounding area
regularly gather by the wrecked prison to throw rocks (Plenty of them
around - the IDF regularly makes roadblocks using Caterpillar and local
Palestinian bulldozers. Roads are simply cracked open, dug up, and rock
and cement piled up into mini mountains.) It's a depressing ritual. The
kids detest the occupation, they are oppressed daily by Israeli soldiers.
The soldiers regularly shoot at children. I got a taste of this last
week, whilst I was hanging out with the stone-throwing streetfighter
kids. An Israeli commander and his colleague were using the exhaust fumes
of an advancing tank as cover to get closer to the kids, all young
raggedy boys aged 10-17. As the tank pulled back up to its position in
front of the flats, the kids pointed wildly to a white square building in
between the Mukhata and the checkpoint. 'Soldiers, soldiers' they
shouted, pointing at the white building. 'I know I know', I said,
pointing up at the checkpoint. 'No No No!' (cue sound of machinegun fire
and more manic pointing at the white building). It was only then that I
realised what they were doing. They opened fire, and we ducked behind a
trench of rubble. The kids ran to hide behind some broken rocks. I got up
and ran over to them. They were taking aim. I direct my question at the
commander - a young, good-looking Israeli. 'You're not really going to
shoot those....' 'FUCK OFF'. It's a curt acid command. 'Oh right, so,
tell me, how many kids have you killed in your service?' His response was
a round of ear-searing rapid fire at the scattering kids. He put the gun
down, keeping his gaze trained straight ahead, and said '27'.

Dear all,

Recently an independant film was broadcast in England, depicting the lives of ordinary Palistinians in the occupied territories. The film was not in any way censored - and showed the harsh realities of life under the illegal Zionist occupation. As well as interviews with numerous Palestinians -there were interviews with many Israelis - who expressed their opinions - without censor.

Unsurprisingly, the film has come under heavy criticism for being "anti-semitic" - unsurprisingly from Jews and Americans (the film was not even shown in America!)

Leading BBC journalists who have reported from the occupied territories for many years have admmitted that the BBC would now never dare to make such a film - for fear of Israeli/ Zionist reprisal.

This is the level of media control the Jews inside and outside Israel seek to use, in order to suppress the truth about their crimes. Journalists who have tried to report honestly the truth about the ethnic cleansing have recieved death threats from Jews.

I believe and hope, that ultimately - this denial will result in the exposition of Israeli crimial genocidal acctivity - for when it does - Israel will lose all legitimacy - and a JUST settlement will be achieved.

Dominic Sparke.

Like most Americans, I have been taught the israeli version of historical events. They control our press over here. In recent weeks however, I have learned the truth about the Palestinian struggle. They can't control the internet. I am very ashamed of our government's collusion with israel (among other things). We send billions of MY dollars to support the most ruthless terroristic nation on earth and every day we have to listen to news about those "poor" jews trying to defend their "homeland" against the Palestinian "terrorists". Zionism is based on hatred and subjugation of non-jews. Is there any wonder they have been chased out of every place they have ever settled in the last 5,000 years. israel has no right to exist. The facts are on your side...get your story out...tell it long and loud...people will listen. Freedom has nothing to fear from truth. God be with you all

What the hell is going on?!?!? How can the world watch passively this genocide of the Palestinian people? How can anyone in its right mind accept the war between ؟machine guns and tanks؟ against ؟stones؟?!? Ok؟ In that case you may possibly say: ؟But man-bombing is not the answer. It is terrorism.؟ And than, my friend, I will reply: ؟And stealing land from others? how is it called?؟
Well, pal, if you think massacres produced by Israel are not terror campaign, it is probably because you are not inside the heart of the conflict. Imagine an excavator demolishing what took ages for you to construct, destroying a whole life of effort, not only devastating your home but also razing your dignity. How would you feel inside such a dreadful situation? How would you call this kind of violent action? Think about it: while Israelis army kills with powerful weapons, Palestinians have no other weapon but their body. They sacrifice their own life for their people!
Of course I am not in agreement with violence. However, if cruel behavior is the rule of this Israeli game, no one is in the right to call the Palestinian people؟s action terrorism since Israel؟s politics is based on it. Zionism is awfully alive. Alive enough to cause death. Alive enough to achieve their aim to occupy the fertile territory by killing off Palestinian people. United States of America are only Zionism؟s marionette. Capitalism is Jewish strength. Their ؟Old Testament؟ is the biggest fraud ever produced by Mankind.
You see؟ On the contrary of what you might be thinking, I am not Palestinian. Nevertheless, I am human and my eyes are wide open. I am aware enough to know yet what is the meaning of injustice and what greedy brainpower is capable to do. Fortunately, I am still able to identify what is terrorism and what is an act of despair. Hopelessness leads human beings to extremes.

How can the world watch what's happenning without doing one thing?????? First of all, USA with it's disgusting drunk president, Mr. Bush, has took over the world and feels in the right to invade all countries they want to!!! Of course, Zionism is the main leader of this madness. The jewish people are so few..... but all money is in their hands! Why do you think Capitalism exists??? For their own interest in dominating the world. They've created the Bible to say they are the people that God has choosen. They've chosen one of the most fertile soils as their land. Jews are completely dangerous to the world. It's disgusting. I'm learning arab in order to help you indeed, Palestinian people... I'm sure you will get your land back. Justice will be by your side.

"Imperialist-Zionist Media" lies?
- Remembrance (Brief) published by the Independent Journalists' Bulletin in
October, 2000
What is reported and what is real? PCR Exc. Director Media coverage
for the current crisis in Jewish Power-Palestine creates the image of a mini-war
in process. Reports are focused around clashes, exchange of fire, and military
actions initiated by both sides. The recipients of such reports are very
confused in searching for the missing links. Why is this happening?, who is the
initiator?, who attacks first?, where is all of this heading?, what are the
things that are going on but never reported? And how significant are they?
The first deficiency of all reports that you all receive is the focus on clashes
and exchange of fire. From the Palestinian side assuming that 20 clashes and 10
incidents of exchange of fire occur daily then no more than 25 hundred people
out of 3 million are directly involved. Form the Occupational Zionist side
dozens of soldiers and hundreds of Jewish settlers are as well directly
involved. So is this the size of the problem?. What you all do not receive
reports on is the ongoing process of establishing the Palestinian reservations
and the emerging apartheid on a scale that matches the ex-south African one.

I believe that the Palestinians should turn to satyagraha. I do not agree with everything here; some of it is propaganda, though it does bring to light a side of the story that is desperately needed to be seen in the Western World. Though I understand that passive resistance is hard at first, anyone can do it when they see the large effects it has. When Gandhi inspired the hearts of many of his brothers and sisters (metaphorically his brothers and sisters, of course), he liberated a nation (though now split in two) a LOT larger than any Palestine or Israel will be for a LONG time. It is easy for the Palestinians to turn to satyagraha because Ariel Sharon is so easily provoked into war (and the only alternative to the prime ministership right now is Netanyahu, who is even more easily provoked). The world will sympathize with the Palestinians, and Israel, which really is a civilized country except for its provoked intolerance of Palestinians, can see soon enough that the only way to end it is to 1) finally give the Palestinians a state or 2) make Israel SECULAR. I strongly favor option number two, though with all the bloodshed right now, I really don't mind if either one is used, just as long as the carnage ENDS.

Religion and state are oil and water; they never mix.

Long live satyagraha!

I applaud your website and your efforts to tell the truth about Palestine. It's about time the Arab governments woke up to what's going on in Palestine and united in their efforts to send the Zionist terrorists back to where they came from. I have no problem with Jews living peacefully in an Arab Palestine, as they did in the past in such places as Moorish Spain, Turky, and other places. The problems began when they assumed they have a God-given right to take someone else's country by force. Israel must realise that Palestine will always be an ARAB country and that they will NEVER have peace in that land - not in a thousand years. The Arabs will NEVER give it up; and don't take my word for it -just read your history books.

Hopefully things will change with the hightened information flow; your site is certainly of great benifit in that regard. Keep up the good work, I believe that, someday, justice will prevail in the east. But only if enough people learn the truth.

Every day we see children dying, building being destroyed,
people are suffering...and they what us not fight...
till when we can support this situation, when an israeli citizen dies all the world talk about it, they report it 100 times in the news..but every day a lot of palestinian get killed without noticing something wrong.
Our duty is to fight the occupation forever, we are suffering since 54 years and they want us to suffer more!
i say NO, we shall not surrender we are fighting for our right, our existence and no one can deny this...
i can deny the right of jews of having 1% of Palestine...
you stole this land with a foreign support...
but forsure you will face your desitny soon, which is the death!!!

As an Arabic and as a Lebanese citizen, i strongly agree with the Palestinians, no one can deny their right to have an independent country instead of being thrown everywhere.
The Palestinians are asking for a small piece of the historic Palestine (even if they have the right to have it all), but zionist government doesn't and will never agree, and the plan
is too obvious, to deny Palestine existence.
I strongly believe that no peace can be achieved with any zionist ruler because they claim the ownership of this land.
The only solution is to throw the jews to the sea, and allow the refugees to return to their home and villages, so the country will be as it was before 1948.
Finally, i would like to thank you for this site that shows us with all the true evidences how Israel came to be, by killing thousands of Arabs with terror and violence, and kick the rest out of this area.

Peace and reconcilation and setting an example which respects all life and the dignity of every person are our only hope of survival as a human race. It takes great courage to stand up as Israeli refusers have and say, "No, I will not do this." We will see who history says were the true patriots. Did you know that a speech by President Arafat from 1974 is widely circulated in Michigan and Canada? It is a very long speech and impossible to read without being reminded of the messages of Pope John Paul II and Nelson Mandella. The vision of President Arafat, Seeds of Peace, Prime Minister Rabin and that glorious September day on the White House Lawn is stronger than ever. I was surprised to learn that the man who gave me the copy of the United Nations speech by President Arafat had never heard of Seeds of Peace. Now he knows about Laura Rozenweig, John Wallach and others and his students made posters. So, you see, the effort to silence President Arafat has had the opposite effect. What if a major news network were to interview Palestinians speaking as one to the world and denouncing violence? What if all Palestinians had the eyes of the world and the ears of the world and they locked arms, old and young, friend and foe and refused to participate in violence? Would someone who is not Palestinian and wants war have to manufacture a "terrorist" act and blame it on the Palesinian people?

This site is a fantastic achievement in terms of the painstaiking accademic research that has been carried out - and in terms of re-educating so many people, especially in the western world, who have been brain-washed into believing that Israel is the innocent victim of malevolent terrorism.

The best way to dis-credit the Israeli state is to show it up for what it is: a vindictive, barbarous, racist genocidal abomination that serves only the interest of a tiny minority who wrongly claim to be the rightful owners of Palestine.

This site achieves exactly that aim - by vividly portraying Israeli crimes against an indigeounous population.

Excellent work - and a fantastic educational tool. Keep it professional, objective and well researched.

I'd like to thank Menachem for his kind feelings towards the palestinians. However, in his post he very clearly pointed out the very reason why the palestenians are struggling and bombing themselves. He mentioned this,

"Jordan should be the home of the Palestinians not the Hashemite Kingdom of the Arabian penisula. If the Arabs of Israel want to live in peace with the Jews of Israel that would be great and Peace would come soon. "

and also this,

"The Arabs are a part of history of the land of Israel but just that History, they have came and went like all the other occupiers. They occupied the land and now it has been returned to the original owners. "

Or in other words, the Palestinians are supposed to 'peacefully' leave their homes, land and property and 'simply' ask the jordanians to 'kindly' take them in, because the isreali's beleive that they are a part of history that must end but is not willing to. In order to end this part of history 'peacefuly' and in order to ward of the palesenian 'occupiers' the israeli's have to build up pressure on the palestenians (by making their lives unbearable) to leave.

However the palestenian 'occupiers' refuse to be a part of ancient history. They want to stay and fight for their villages, houses and land they have lived on for more than a thousand years. For that reason they are considered 'terrorists'.

A very insightful and eye-opening site. I am glad that we Arabs are finally moving on and doing a bit of decent lobbying ourselves. The issue now is to spread out and reach as far as we can. we must ket it be known to all that the zionist movement is a plague that must be stomped out, even if lives are lost. The world must know that Palestine is here and here to stay and there is no such thing as isreal....that is in the imagination of moronic people like those serving for those idiots Bush and Sharon.....may they rot in hell.
I, being half Palestinian, admire those Palestinians living in Palestine, fighting for their land in the most religious of manners. God bless you all and even those our hands are tied, we on the outside help you in any which way we can and pray that one day we will drive those zionist pigs out of our land and rid the world of their existence.

I also think that no peace can be achieved with Israeli leaders of the kind that have ruled Israel till now. There is a need for a radically new leadership in Israel. Only the Israeli people can bring it about, a leadership that would be constituted by men like Jeff Halper.

Such a leadership will come when the Israeli people will stop to be brainwashed into seeing the Palestinian into an eternal enemy. The Palestinians could do a lot to bring about such a leadership. Instead of introducing a wedge between the two people, a wedge should be introduced between the Israeli people and the Israeli leadership. A creative strategy by wise Palestinian leaders could bring this about. Please do contact me for more details.

Though I am 79, I still look forward to dring a coffe with Palestinian friends in East Jerusalem hwich would have become the capital of a truely independent Palestinian state, living in co-operative relation with an Israeli state, as a first step towards a voluntary fusion of the two states.

Issam Sartawi, was assassinated in April 1983. At the time, a journalist frome TIME magazine, asked the then Israeli Prime Minister Itshak Shamir if he was sad that such a moderate PLO leader had died. Shamir said how happy he was that Sartawi had died. He added that Israel is not afraid of the Palestinian extremists because they have no credibility and no one could ask Israel to sit at a table with them. The dangerous people, Shamir said, are the moderate PLO.

Please can anyone bring me the quote by referring to the archives of the TIME magazine for the moth of April, 1983.

As a Zionist I love Israel and believe it is the homeland for all Jews. As a human being I feel empathy for the Arab refugees of Eretz Israel for they have been used as Pawns by multiple Arab regimes against Israel. Jordan should be the home of the Palestinians not the Hashemite Kingdom of the Arabian penisula. If the Arabs of Israel want to live in peace with the Jews of Israel that would be great and Peace would come soon. If they want to continue foster illusions that Israel is their land than they will continue to suffer, as will the Jews beside them. The Arabs are a part of history of the land of Israel but just that History, they have came and went like all the other occupiers. They occupied the land and now it has been returned to the original owners. We do not claim Mecca and Medina and it is not right for the Arabs to falsely claim Jerusalem. It's terrible that so many have lost their previous homes and I realize that Israel shares the guilt for the suffering that the Arabs of Israel have endured and still endure but Israel is the only home the Jews have which is not the truth of Islam which has no home but makes their homes everywhere. If the Arabs cease their violence they will live in Peace. Inshallah.

As an Israeli disgusted with the myopic nationalism and hypocrisy permeating every aspect of our politics(As it seems wont to do in all nations...), I applaud your efforts to make the truth known, in spite of the skewed, atrociously oversimplified view of the Middle East which the world at large seems content to believe.
Sadly, I doubt you'll make much of a difference, as history has shown self serving misconceptions to be far more popular than the truth, and simplistic world views full of forces of good and evil to be infinitely more unuquitous than the complex reality.
I honestly wish for people to have some notion of history not designed for the express purpose of justifying their ethos, for some rudimentary common sense to play a part in the mob rule of politics past and present, but a wish is just that, and good intentions never amount to much.
Anyway, you havemy sympathies, as much good as those'll do you.

As an American I am disgusted, sickened, outraged, and overwhelmed by my country's support of the Zionist invaders of Palestine in the form of 3 to 5 billion dollars of my tax dollars every year! The media only shows the "Israeli" side of every event! What's that about? Morons. The American public is poisoned by AIPAC, the 4th most powerful lobby group in the U.S. that spreads lies to a lazy and apathetic public who doesn't care what the gov. does with 25% of their personal earnings. AIPAC "educates" - Puh-leeze!- the news agencies, and all government officials. They pretend to be moderates, but they are anti-American, Arab-hating liars. Genocide is not a part of the American ethos of justice. I am slowly educating those around me, but I am probably one of a room full of people in my backward state who could even point to Palestine (Israel doesn't exist) on a map.
