The number of gaslights in this argument is staggering and beyond belief. YES, ladies and gentlemen, Israel grants "full citizenship" to its Palestinian population, who make up 20% of its citizens. That said,
It is easy to cite such statistics when Israel reduced 90% of Palestine's citizens to 15% during the war of Nakba in 1948. Turning Palestine into a Jewish majority state has been intrinsic to Zionism from day one, which continues to this date. Therefore, to ethnically cleanse (a.k.a. transfer in Zionist lexicons) the native people wasn't just the product of war; it was done by design.
It is easy to cite such statistics when Palestinian citizens of Israel are restricted to under 3% of the land, although Palestinians still own much of the land to this date and have their land deeds to prove it.
The Concentration Camps Concept

It should be noted that concentration camps concept (a.k.a. Bantustan as it was in apartheid South Africa, internment camps, or reservations as in the US and Canada) was initially invented to control and limit the undesired population. All settler colonialists implemented such a scheme in the process of subjugating, controlling or genociding the native peoples, especially in apartheid South Africa where the privileged minority used to control 92% of the lands (YES, that was better than the "Jewish state" who controls 97% of the lands). Note how European colonists have recycled the same exact script, including limiting access to water, food, and electricity, plus applying involuntary birth control (oddly, it was first implemented against Israel's black Jewish community). That is why, to this date, Palestinians in Israel are segregated in their villages with limited access to their lands. For more details on this subject, we urge you to read Human Rights Watch's report (if this subject interests you, please watch Prof. Walter Hixon's lecture will be worth your time).

As you contemplate the ramifications of such a policy, please remember that the same policy was replicated in the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip but on a much larger scale, especially in the Gaza Strip (which is, by design, the most densely populated area on earth). In a nutshell, regulating and restricting land use has been intrinsic to any settler colonial project, and what has been happening in Palestine for the past 100 years was no exception.
Here is Zachary Foster makes our point with very simple language; he was replying to Yuval Harari's claim that Israeli-Palestinians are treated equally as Israeli Jews:
For God's sake, we haven't even addressed Israeli discrimination and apartheid policies when it comes to government services such as education, healthcare, financial service, public transportation, segregated cities & neighborhoods, roads, security, building permits, ...etc. and if you are interested in the complete list, here is Adalah's Inequality Report during the good days in 2011; now the situation is much worse.
On Zionists' Lunacies
Often, when we Palestinians hear of Zionists' big lies and lunacies, we get the feeling that Zionist Jews expect Palestinians to be thankful for Nakba. Zionist Jews are shocked to discover that the people whom they replaced actually hate them; Zionist Jews expects Palestinians to have no negative feelings towards them! As if we hear Zionist Jews say: well, guys, at least Israeli Jews didn't commit a full-blown genocide as the Americans, Canadians, and Australians did; at least not yet! The Greater Israel project (the Zionist version of Lebensraum which predates Nazism) isn't over; stay tuned!

Just in case you are still under the influence of the Israeli Hasbara, imagine yourself a Jew hearing Germans bragging about their fair and kind treatment of Jews after reducing Europe's Jewish population by six million! Even worse, imagine yourself as an American Indian watching a white American bragging about America's multiculturalism! Just in case you still doubt our presentation, we urge you to watch this brave American Jew who eloquently exposed Israeli lunacies in under two minutes. Please pay attention to her body language and make sure to watch the video all the way, especially in the last ten seconds:
Now, do you honestly believe Zionist Jews gave a good name to refugees? Are Jews proud of this liberal Israeli democracy?
