56. Table 7 shows the estimated value of agricultural investment in Jewish and Arab ownership. The Jewish estimate is compiled from the financial statements of the Jewish colonisation institutions. The Arab estimate is based on the results of enquiry conducted in five Arab villages and the census of Arab-owned livestock in 1942.
