(b) invoice of sale to be provided in respect of all such materials sold;
(c) copy of invoice of sale to be forwarded to the Competent
Authority; •
(d) copy of invoice to be retained by vendor for not less than six months;
(e) prohibition of the use of certain scheduled materials except under licence;
(f) prohibition of the manufacture of certain scheduled articles except under licence;
(g) records to be kept of all transactions involving controlled materials;
(It) declaration of stocks of controlled materials to be made;
(i) prohibition of the removal of controlled materials from customs control except under permit granted by the Competent. Authority;
(j) price of controlled materials not to exceed the cost in the seller's premises plus a profit of 16%, except that if a seller is a member of an "approved association" a special profit margin may be approved by the Controller.
65. A considerable number of commodities have also been controlled in varying degrees other than under the two basic Orders. The following list shows the commodities so controlled and the extent of the control under such subsidiary legislation still in force at the end of 1945 :-
