a correction:
this certificate as dated in 16/8/1945 was issued during the British occupation of Palestine, so thats why it has an engligh titles in it - so Mr. Jacob you need to educate yourself a little bit more...-
and the certificate primary language is (Arabic) as shown (not English as you stated), thats because Palestine is a Arab country, always was and always will be.
and it is always called Palestine, there were never historically such a thing called Israel ...

I may be mistaken if so could someone with more understanding of the history correct me".
The land historically was called Palestine and still call Palestine...you make to much mistakes in your question read more

هذة شهادة الميلاد للاستاذ المرحوم محمد احمد خريس عمل في سلك التعليم من بداية الستينات في كل من السعودية والكويت حتى الغزو العراقي للكويت رحع وعاش في اربد الاردن حتى توفاة اللة في اربد ودفن بها . الى رحمة اللة يا ابو احمد
