Doors and windows were closed because there's a big sign in Hebrew from the Or Yehuda City Engineer stating that it's a dangerous structure... which is nice, because it means that the city is trying to save the building for future restoration (as was lovingly done with the nearby mosque in Yehud which is today a synogogue with a metal sign of explanation on the building and a preserved minaret), rather than simply demolish it. Life goes on! The City Engineer of Or Yehuda was probably born after 1948! Lets move on!
