Assalamualaikum;
Unfortunately I don؟t know much about Qaqun, all I know that my parents were born there.
My father (Mohammad Ahmad Abu-sbaiha) moved to Tullkarim when he was young, he became an orphan at the age of Nine with no siblings.
I would love to read more about the history of Qaqun and the families that lived there.

Dear Mr. Al Hafi ,,,

First of all I¿d like to thank you for what you have done on this web site for our Village Qaqun ,,, but I think that you have to but a lot of information¿s and facts regarding that subject , like :-
The clans that used to live there and at that time spatially the famous and the most owner¿s there like ABU HANTASH clan, this fact that used to say in your web page, ( that Alhafi, had a famous gathering place, Mathafeh, called Khour Alhafi which was used by other local clans like the Abu Hantash clan. ) , also you have mentioned that (Before the 1948 war, AlHafi family owned roughly 35% of Qaqun's lands, although I¿m 34 years old , and I didn¿t know or visit or live there at that time but I didn¿t hear from the oldest people that your clan own more than around 6 to 7 houses used to live on it ,,, so thanks again for every thing you¿ve done , by the way My Name is :-
Farouk Zohair Rafeek Mousa Abu Hantash , and My E-mail Address is [email protected] ,,, our wish to get back again ASAP. To our home Palestine to live as our Grand fathers in Qaqun ,,, God bless all Palestinian People ,,,

P.s. // I have a question :- why don¿t you ask your father or any of those people who used to live at that time in Qaqun about who owns Qaqun lands , houses and what is the most famous clan who used to live and own Qaqun ????

Sorry for the interruption¿ !!!

Best Regards,,,
Farouk Z. Abu Hantash

I read a valuable documentary book about the town published in 1994 by:
Center of Studies and Documentation of Palestinean Society(CSDPS) of Bir Zeit university .It was really great & peaceful town in a strategic cener of economical, educational and commercial landmark in that area of Palestine.
I encourage the youngs of the town to read it and know more about the history of the town.

Qaqun is my native village, no body, no one on earth can change this fact. Some day we will be back. What ever the Zionists do to her, it wouldn´t change our feeling or our determination to get it back.
