Raphael "Rafi" Falk (1929–2019) was a prominent German-born Israeli geneticist, historian of science, and professor emeritus at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Falk argued that ideologically motivated scientists were "massaging" and "cooking" data to fulfill the national and political goals of the state.
