Report On The State of Palestine To Winston Churchill Written By The Executive Committee Of The Third Arab Palestine Congress on March 28, 1921

British Soldiers clubbing the Palestinian notable Musa Pasha Kathem al-Husseni for being part of a demonstration. Mr. Husseini was severely injured, as a result of his injuries he died at a later time (1934)

This PRIMARY SOURCE historical booklet (which was issued by the Third Palestine Arab Congress in Haifa on March 28, 1921) emphasized to all (especially to the British) that the Palestinian people FEARED that Zionists were PLOTTING to REPLACE and DISPOSSESS them (see how the newly appointed Minister of Justice -- a fanatic Zionist Jew -- who openly spoke of replacing Palestinians on page 12), which was elegantly articulate on pages 10 and 11. Pay attention A) that this booklet was written by the Palestinian notable Moussa Kazem al-Husseini who was clubbed to death by the British forces twelve years later while demonstration in Jaffa against the increased Zionist Jewish immigration to Palestine. B) When the document is inspected closely, you will discover how it is riddled with references to Palestinian nationalism and with how the Palestinian people were eager for independence. This is an open secret once you examine Arabic newspapers and publications during the pre-Nakba period. C) Despite of the fact that this document is over a century old, the mass majority of Zionist Jews still repeat the farce of argument that Palestinians were never a nation to justify denying them the right of self-determination! D) Palestinians were way ahead of other people demanding their independence; even way ahead of the Indians! Ironically, the British promised Palestinian independence based on the British White Paper of 1939. Yes, that was 18 years after the below document was first published!

  10. In the last paragraph of page 10, please pay attention to how the Palestine Arab Congress articulated Palestinians' FEAR (as of March 1921) that Zionists were plotting to replace and dispossess them as soon as Jews would become a majority, and most importantly Palestinians emphasized that historically they had no feud with Jews whatsoever (meaning their motives weren't driven by "religious or racial" hatred). When you examine Zionists' records and archives during the pre-Nakba period, you will comprehend Palestinians' fear was qualified at all levels. For example, here are a couple of citations by David Ben-Gurion and Moshe Sharett privately acknowledged Palestinians' deep fear of replacement. Zionist leaders knew well they were the aggressors from day one, and without aggressive policies towards the native people, Israel would not exist. Ze'ev Jobotinsky, the father of the Israeli right, articulated this point very well in his infamous Iron Wall article which he published around the same time this booklet was released.: Report On The State of Palestine To Winston Churchill Written By Executive Committee Of The Third Arab Palestine Congress on March 28, 1921 page 10

  12. Note how in the second paragraph Palestinians protested the appointment of a fanatic Zionist Jews as the Minister of Justice (a.k.a. the Legal Secretary) who openly spoke of replacing Palestinians, which was common thing at the time as it is nowadays. It is an open secret that majority of Israeli Jews favored a second Nakba to Palestinians in Gaza Strip and the West Bank, where 80% of Israelis favored an apartheid state. Note how Israelis fascism was on full display and operated in the open way before the October 7th Gaza Raid. This rate now must be through the roof:: Report On The State of Palestine To Winston Churchill Written By Executive Committee Of The Third Arab Palestine Congress on March 28, 1921 page 12

“Again to the most important post of justice in Palestine, namely that of Legal Secretary, or Minister of Justice, a Jew has been appointed. AND WHAT IS WORSE, this official is an out and out Zionist…” [emphasis added]
