Before we uproot this myth from its roots, it is worth pointing out that Zionists leaders recognized early on that Palestinian nationalism did exist, who warned against ignore it (see how Haim Arlosoroff framed it in the early 1920s). At length, we have addressed the subject of the evolution of Palestinian nationalism in another section.
Zionist Jews and their supporters often claim that Stalin's K.G.B. founded Palestinian nationalism in the early 1960s. On the other hand, once we tally up the YES votes for the U.N. partition plan, we find that not for Stalin, the U.N. would have NEVER been able to approve of the creation of the "Jewish state". As you can see below, in the final vote tally, Stalin controlled the critical five votes representing the Eastern block, and without them, the two-thirds majority would have been impossible.
Do the simple math: a two-thirds majority was required for the YES vote. If the Soviet Union (which is being portrayed by Zionists as pro-Palestinian and anti-Zionist) hadn't approved of the creation of the "Jewish state," the number of the YES votes would have decreased from 33 to 28, which entails dropping the YES vote rate to 28 out of a total of 46 nations. And that would have dropped the YES vote to a rate of 60.8% way short of the required two-thirds majority!

To further destroy this gaslight of an argument, it is a well-established fact that Stalin was either the second or the first to recognize the "Jewish state." Honestly, sometimes we are baffled by Zionists' stupid arguments.
As you see below, the vote on partition was delayed until the YES vote barely had the required two-thirds majority. Zionists and the U.S. kept postponing the vote until they managed to arm-twist and bribe many of the smaller nations. Ironically, these illegal and coercive activities continued to this date; actually, Zionists openly threaten those who would vote against them. Why change a winning formula?

For the love of God, let us hope a "descent Zionist" (Christian or Jewish, that's if "one exists") can explain:
A) Why did hardcore communists (not just Stalin, but the whole Eastern Bloc) vote for the UN partition Plan if they were hardcore anti-Zionists?
B) If Palestinian nationalism didn't exist and it had to be invented by the K.G.B. in the early 1960s,
Why did Palestinian notables in the Arab Palestine Congress petition Winston Churchill with a booklet titled Report On the State Of Palestine as early as March 28th, 1921?
Why did the British promise Palestinians in May 1939 a complete independence when WWII ended, while the Indians were dreaming of such a thing for 400 years?
Why did the Executive Arab Committee in Palestine mobilize the civil society, the mosques, and the churches to demand full independence for the Palestinian Arab Nation in 1931?
Why did Edward Said's father open the "Palestine Scientific Library" in 1910? Yes, that was seven years before the infamous Balfour Declaration, and the library had two branches: one in Jaffa and the other in Jerusalem.
C) In a similar token, if Palestinian nationalism didn't exist, why then the most prominent Palestinian newspaper was called Falastin (meaning Palestine in Arabic) as early as 1911, and its editors made Zionist and British colonization efforts its main enemies from day one?
D) Why wouldn't most European nations (who handed many of their Jewish citizens to the SS just a few years earlier) eagerly vote YES for the UN Partition Plan of 1947? Which European nation was eager to retain its Jewish citizens? Aside from Greece and Great Britain, you'll be hard-pressed to name one. Didn't the US close its gates to Jewish refugees until the early 1950s? Our point is simple: most European nations that voted for the partition plan did so because they were antisemitic to begin with. They were happy to see their Jewish citizens leave, and the partition plan was a Godsend from the heavens. Why would they vote no?

E) Not for Stalin, the critical arms deal between the Haganah and Czechoslovakia in 1947-48 would have never happened! For God's sake, the US didn't provide such a thing; thus, why didn't the communists block it? Let us guess: because they were pro-Palestinian!
F) Let us assume all previous arguments are invalid, and the Palestinian people and nation never existed until the KGB created it in the early 1960s. Is this a valid argument that could "justify replacing and dispossessing" the indigenous people? If the answer is remote, yes, then morality, logic, and human rights have been flipped on their heads!
If Stalin was influential in creating the "Jewish state" way more than the US (by delivering votes at the UN and providing the much-needed arms during the war of Nakba), why are Zionist Jews claiming that it was the KGB who founded Palestinian nationalism?
Here is the unvarnished truth: Zionists are masters of deflection and shifting the blame. As we see it, every accusation is a confession. You would think that Jews, among all people, have six million reasons to resist spreading the big lies! On the contrary, in mass, the American Jewish community has been going out of its way to spread the big lies which the founding father of their "Jewish state", David Ben-Gurion, debunked just before he died! Zionism, what a terrible disease of the mind!
Here is Haim Arlosoroff (the second in command in the Jewish Agency) acknowledged the existence of the Palestinian national movement soon after WWI ended and warned against ignoring it:
