Haavara FAQs: Haavara's Blueprint: A Step by Step Diagram Showing How It Was Born And Why?

The Genesis of Political Zionism: Herzl’s Vision and the Monetization of Refugee Crises

Haavara's Blueprint, Click To Enlarge

The blueprint for a "Jewish State" was laid out by Theodor Herzl, the founder of the Zionist movement, in 1896. His vision included the creation of a liquidation company to transfer (or Ha'avara) Jewish wealth from Europe to the future state, with Palestine being one of several possible locations at the time. To facilitate this transfer and gain the cooperation of Europe's anti-Semites, Herzl audaciously proposed that the company be managed by "respectable anti-Semites" in exchange for a substantial fee.

Crucially, Herzl recognized that a refugee crisis needed to be "engineered or exploited" to incentivize both European anti-Semites and Jewry to support the mass emigration to a chosen location, such as Palestine or Uganda. This strategy is what has been termed the monetization of Jewish refugee crises.

Beyond wealth transfer and immigration, Herzl saw that the project's success hinged on the ability of Jews to achieve a Jewish majority in the designated territory. This requirement became, and remains, the single most important Zionist pillar.

Theodor Herzl’s Strategic Directives

Herzl Died Thinking Israel Would Have Been in Uganda, not in "empty" Palestine

Herzl provided clear instructions to his followers for the project's success:

  • Patience and Vigilance: To wait for and capitalize on inevitable refugee crises.
  • Cooperation with Anti-Semites: To cooperate with Europe's anti-Semites and never to confront them directly, viewing confrontation as risky and counterproductive.
  • No Downside Risk: Zionists (then and now) saw only an "upside" in their romantic dance with anti-Semites, foresaw no adverse side effects, and believed the relationship was a win-win. This position ignored the potential for "the knives could reverse direction" and harm Jews, a possibility highlighted by the viable counterfactual scenario of Erwin Rommel reaching Palestine in 1942.

Love it or hate it: Leon Trotsky was among the few to foresee the dangers of this appeasement policy, but his warnings were ONLY A FEW heeded.

The Uganda Scheme: A Schism at the Movement's Start

Hitler's Message To The West: If Jews are such noble citizens and you care about them, how come you're not letting them in?

The persecution of Jews by the Russian Tsar presented Herzl with a crisis sooner than he expected. In response, he proposed creating the "Jewish state" in Uganda instead of Palestine. While the Uganda Scheme overwhelmingly won approval at the 6th Zionist Congress, it failed after Herzl’s death in 1905.

YES, Herzl died believing Israel would be created in Uganda. The founders of the future "Jewish state" (Weizmann, Ben-Gurion, Jabotinsky, etc.) revolted against this plan, which had the potential to save millions, remaining adamant that Palestine be the only location for unknown reasons. The Uganda Scheme caused a deep and lasting schism within the movement, serving as a prophetic "canary in the coal mine".

Exploiting the Crises: The Rise of Hitler and the "LEVER" Strategy

Were the British so STUPID as to promise COMPLETE INDEPENDENCE to Palestinians in 1939 (who, of course, "didn't exist") while the Indians had been DREAMING of such a thing for 400 years?

Three decades later, with Hitler's rise in 1933, Zionist leaders intensified Herzl's strategy. They openly fomented anti-Semitism to provoke a refugee crisis that would act as the LEVER to defeat the British White Paper of 1939 and clear the path for their "Jewish state." David Ben-Gurion, the future founder of the state, coined the term LEVER to describe this plot, a fact documented by his official biographer, Shabtai Teveth.

David Ben-Gurion envisioned that the Nazis' Nuremberg Race Laws would become the LEVER that would end up creating the "Jewish state," but how? Click the image for the details.

To amplify this leverage, Herzl's plan was executed through a series of cynical actions:

Hayim-Greenberg Why did Hayim Greenberg describe American Jewry as "morally bankrupt" in early 1943?

In sum, this is how Zionist leaders politically and financially monetized Jewish pain and suffering.

This history is an open secret in Jewish communities globally, yet it remains a big taboo topic for public discussion. Any Jew who discusses it risks being "canceled," a fate that befell Dr. Hannah Arendt when she exposed the KAPO phenomenon in 1963. The contemplation of reading American Jews' nixed investigation of Zionist policies in the 1930s and 40s underscores the suppression of this sensitive subject.
