Haavara FAQs: Why did David Ben-Gurion describe Jewish pain and suffering as the LEVER after the Nazis enacted Nuremberg Race Laws in Sept 1935? Let us cite Ben-Gurion's official biographer, Shabtai Teveth

David Ben-Gurion envisioned that Nazis' Nuremberg Race Laws would become the LEVER that would end up creating the "Jewish state," but how? Click the image for the details

In the context of exploiting Jewish pain and suffering, Prof. Aviva Halamish used the word LEVER to describe the process with which Jewish refugee crises were exploited to turn Palestine into a Jewish majority state, thus clearing the path for the creation of the "Jewish state." On the other hand, we NEVER imagined she was citing Ben-Gurion's terminology until we examined the primary sources (see pages 852, 854, and 848)!

JFK said it BEST in 1939: Palestine Was Hardly Britain's to Give Away

As you contemplate reading what Teveth wrote, please note that: A) Ben-Gurion vividly articulated his plan (of monetizing Jewish pain and suffering) a month after the Kristallnacht pogrom in late 1938. Knowledge of Ben-Gurion's hate speech is an open secret in Jewish communities around the world. B) Ben-Gurion & Co. NEVER retracted his antisemitic hate speech, which was followed by Hitler's infamous hate speech at the Reichstag (both hate speeches were less than 60 days apart). C) Much of David's hate speech was translated into a policy during WWII. D) The American Jewry investigated much of what was written here in early 1983, but the investigation was quickly nixed. E) If you think what was written was an anti-Zionist rant, think twice. Here, Hannah Arendt (one of the top intellectuals in the 20th century) recognized the power of Ben-Gurion's LEVER two years before Nakba and compared it to steam power that could move a locomotive.

Hitler's Message To The West: If Jews are such noble citizens, how come you're not letting them in?

Here is what Ben-Gurion's official biographer, Shabtai Teveth, wrote in the Burning Ground. To get a better context, we highly recommend reading the whole final chapter in Teveth's book. Actually, the last chapter's title is very telling: Disaster Means Strength. For the love of God, if he called "Jews As Firewood" it would have been much more expressive.

Daddy, what did you do during the Holocaust while you were in Palestine? Fake Valor: Daddy, what did you do during the Holocaust while you were in Palestine?

During the pre-Nakba period, Ben-Gurion kept emphasizing the importance of monetizing Jewish pain and suffering in the process of building the "Jewish state", and overtime that seems to explain why David was ambivalent to rescue discussions (actually, Teveth described how Ben-Gurion was completely tuned out with regards to rescue efforts; he didn't want to hear about rescue). Honestly, we found NOTHING relevant to rescuing Jews whatsoever. On the contrary, we were stunned to find that the word rescue used to have negative connotations for Zionists during the pre-Nakba period, and that explains why little budget was spent (from what was collected ) on rescue efforts. Trust us, although the last chapter is full of Hasbarah, it is still worth reading.

Fake Valor: Why did two of Israel's future PMs, Menachem Begin and Yizhak Shamir, bomb WWII war efforts while their families were being gassed in Poland?

As you fully absorb the earlier assessment, now imagine if it was FDR or Winston Churchill used such evil language to further their political goals? Just imagine if they used such terms (such as lever or firewood) to describe leveraging Jewish pain and suffering! Allow that to sink in for a minute, and imagine what Jews would have done to them. We wonder: could Jerusalem's Mufti Haj Amin al-Husseini used such language? We have addressed that in another section if you care!

Finally, Dan Kurzman (another biographer of Ben-Gurion) cited something similar; you might find it helpful. Also, Dr. Chaim Weizmann was known to have written something similar just before the Evian Conference was convened in the summer of 1938. The more we research Zionists' policies and actions in the 1930s and 40s, the more we find real contempt for diaspora Jewry (not just in Europe). These comments were not some angry and isolated ones; these comments were turned into policies that were executed when Jews faced destruction. Thus, Jews between all people should take them seriously since the could be repeated:

  1. Pay attention to how Ben-Gurion used the word LEVER below and in what context it was used (i.e. after Nuremberg Laws were enacted in Sept. 1935): .. page 852

  3. Please pay attention to how the "Ministry of Truth" created a kind of a "new speak language" where words such as rescue started to have negative connotations. How does such new speak language not explain why little was spent on rescuing Europe's Jews during WWII?: .. page 854
  4. Please pay attention to Teveth's gaslight with regard to Evian Conference when he forgot to mention that Zionists lobbied with tooth and nail against any safe haven except for Palestine. Teveth repeated a common lie (mostly by Jewish historians) that no country offered to take in Jews, although we've found the exact opposite. For example, Latin America alone took in close to 100,000 Jews. Anyhow, to present Ben-Gurion in a better light, Teveth cited that David Ben-Gurion wouldn't object to Polish Jewish migration to America and Argentina, but the doors were closed. As Tom Segev once described Ben-Gurion's response in The Seventh Million, it was more like a newspaper talk. If Ben-Gurion and the Jewish Agency Executive (JAE) were serious, they would have lobbied for such a scheme; they would've allocated any budget to make it happen. On the other hand, when the Jewish Agency's budget was examined during WWII, you will see how 7/8th of the rescue budget was diverted for building the state to be. It should be NOTED also that this evil policy persisted even after WWII ended in the DP camps: .. page 855

  7. Note in the last two paragraphs, Mr. Teveth made it clear that JAE approved what Ben-Gurion said, meaning rescuing Jews wasn't their business. That said, he followed it was a gaslight that JAE collected funds for rescue, which was spent to bribe Nazi officials. On the other hand, when the rescue budget was examined, we clearly can see 7/8th of it was diverted to building the state! Samual Martin (of the Bergson Group) emphasized this point in this short clip; this is an open secret. Keep in mind that the Jewish Agency made sure to hoard much of the rescue budget to itself, meaning that the rescue funds were managed by the same people who made rescuing Jews not their business: .. page 858

  10. At the top of the page, Mr. Teveth gaslighted his readers by not citing the date, which is a common Hasbarah tactic. The Jewish Agency was against bombing the death camps and the railroads leading to them until late June 11th, 1944. Jewish Agency Executive (JAE) relented and asked the Allies to bomb the death camps on June 19th, 1944, ONLY after the Jewish public was enraged when the Auschwitz Protocols was released. What was tragically funny was that it was Rabbi Abba Hillel Silver who demanded not to bomb the death camps and the railroads leading to them during the infamous "American Jewish Conference" in late 1943: .. page 861
