Herzl Died Thinking Israel Would Have Been in Uganda, not in "empty" Palestine

Theodor Herzl envisioned a "Jewish state" through the calculated exploitation of future Jewish refugee crises, a strategy he prepared his followers to patiently await as a decisive "LEVER." This crisis could be financially and politically "monetized" to advance the state's creation. Herzl regretted missed opportunities during prior refugee crises in the 1880s. However, the crisis arrived sooner than he anticipated --just a year before he died in 1903-- prompting his desperate push for the "Uganda Scheme" (passed by the 6th Zionist Congress) to save as many Jews as possible.

Hitler's message to the British and American people: If Jews are such noble citizens and you care about them, how come you're not letting them in?

The "Uganda Scheme" provoked intense anger among the founders of the future state of Israel, including Weizmann, Ben-Gurion, and Jabotinsky, who managed to cancel the plan after Herzl's death in 1905. For reasons that remain "unknown," these hardcore Zionists were "adamant" that Jewish immigration should be directed "ONLY" to Palestine, entirely "irrespective" of the dangers facing European Jewry at the time. When Hitler rose to power in early 1933, David Ben-Gurion and his peers recognized this as the moment Herzl had prophesied --the opportunity to seize the "LEVER." They understood that failure to exploit this crisis immediately would lead to Zionism's "self-destruct[ion]." It is crucial to remember that the Jewish Agency was almost bankrupt during the Great Depression; without Hitler's Haavara Agreement, Zionist enterprises would have been liquidated by the mid-1930s. Consequently, they fomented antisemitism when Hitler's efforts to move Jews out were deemed too slow, especially following the famous pogroms of the 1930s.

Arrival of a Kindertransport, Feb.-Jan., 1939: How did Zionist leaders respond when British people rescued 10,000 German Jewish children after the Kristallnacht pogrom?

In this context, it is instructive to cite Dan Kurzman, Ben-Gurion's biographer, from Ben-Gurion: Prophet of Fire (1983). Ahead of the Evian Conference in the summer of 1938, Ben-Gurion explicitly instructed his inner circle, including the yishuv's media, to remain silent about Jewish persecution. The question is: why? The subsequent paragraphs will reveal the answer. Zionists have proven themselves masters of propaganda and narrative manipulation. Their decision to suppress and downplay the news of Jewish persecution, as seen here, was an early warning sign. This strategy was later implemented on a much larger scale during the Holocaust, not only in Palestine but also in the United States:

The Jews could have only one destination - Eretz Yisrael. So in June 1938, shortly before Allied representatives met in Evian, France, to seek ways of rescuing Jews, Ben-Gurion frankly voiced his concern to colleagues in the Jewish Agency Executive. He did "not know if the [Evian] conference will open the gates of other countries [Oh, God forbid]. . . . But I am afraid [ it ] might cause tremendous harm to Eretz Yisrael and Zionism . . . . Our main task is to reduce the harm, the danger and the disaster [Ben-Gurion was referring to harming the yishuv; he was not referring to harming diaspora's Jewry; that was his LEVER] . . . and the more we emphasize the terrible distress of the Jewish masses in Germany, Poland and Rumania, the more damage we shall cause ." So be silent, Ben-Gurion cautioned his comrades. . . . And in the silence . . . Evian [Conference] failed. (see NY Times -- June 12th, 1987)

In layman's terms, Ben-Gurion was very worried that emphasizing Jewish persecution would alarm the media and the public to a point that might force countries (like France and others) to open their gates (God forbid); thus harming the so-called yishuv in the process. YES, you read it correctly. Rescuing Jews in France and other countries was harmful for the yishuv; therefore, be quiet about it, or else Zionism would be doomed.

Now, do you understand why the word rescue to Zionists had negative connotations during the 1930s and 40s? To Zionists, rescuing Jews implied a disaster (using Ben-Gurion's terminology) to Zionism! Now allow that to sink in for a minute, and ask yourself: how come 7/8th of the rescue budget was diverted? The answer is simple: that was good for Zionism! Another question: When was antisemitism not great for Zionism? The answer is simple again: never! What if the six million were saved? How could that have impacted the Zionist project? As we shall discover soon, Ben-Gurion's LEVER plan before WWII was executed to the teeth during the height of the calamity (examine the case of Patria Disaster). Sadly, Zionists' treason continued in the DP camps after WWII ended. During the DP Camp refugees' crisis (eight years after Evian), Ben-Gurion was known to have said something similar. He was worried that the American people would soften their hearts and open their gates to Jewish refugees, God forbid, of course. (see Israel In The Mind Of America by Peter Grose, p. 210). To many who know Zionists, this is not a surprise at all; Zionists' treason was and still is an open secret in Jewish communities.

The Lever of Disaster: The Patria, Ben-Gurion, and the Doctrine of Sacrificial Statehood

As the refugee crisis intensified, in practice, Zionist leaders left Europe's Jews with two options: either they did Aliyah to Palestine or Auschwitz and lobbied like hell against any third alternative. Just in case you think our characterization is over the top, wait until you read it from Ben-Gurion himself when the Holocaust was in its infancy:

At the Biltmore Conference in May 1942 Ben-Gurion said: “The meaning of these two ships [Patria and Struma -- both were sunk during WWII with Jewish refugees onboard] is simple: Eretz-Israel or death-- and as soon as the war ends, many ships like these will stream to Eretz Israel.” (Beit-Zvi, p. 259)

[Two important points to keep in mind:

A) When Ben-Gurion said this statement, he knew that Patria was sunk by the Haganah based on Moshe Sharett's orders in November 1940 (almost 16 months earlier ). That by itself was very telling.

B) The mass majority of Europe's Jewry after WWII ended immigrated to the Americas and preferred to live with the Gentiles even after Palestine was emptied of its people.]

Iraqi Arab Jews were AIRLIFTED directly from Baghdad's airport by the Near East Air Transport (owned by the Jewish Agency) in the early 1950s. That's the FIRST of its kind to any "refugee."

Here is another fun question: when Europe's Jews voted with their feet and immigrated to the Americas rather than Palestine (in practice, they flipped their middle fingers to Zionism), how and why do you think Arab Jews were directly AIRLIFTED from their homes in a hurry to Israel? Is it possible that it was done by orchestrating another Jewish refugee crisis? Think about it: how else did Zionists manage to fill the void that was created due to Nakba? Well, please be seated first. Here are the facts from Israeli sources. Is it possible that Warsaw's Jewish community (which survived the Holocaust) was nudged into doing aliyah by engineering a similar refugee crisis after WWII ended?

Just before you accuse us of peddling conspiracy theories, we ask you to contemplate David Ben-Gurion's definition of Zionism. To him, Zionism simply means "transfer." The concept of "transferring" European Jews to Palestine (by engineering Jewish refugee crises) and "transferring" the Palestinian people out of their lands (a.k.a. Nakba) is central to Zionism. Ben-Gurion eloquently articulated this essential Zionist pillar. He stated in 1944:

"Zionism is a TRANSFER [meaning Ha'avara in Hebrew] of the Jews. Regarding the TRANSFER of the [Palestinian] Arabs this is much easier than any other TRANSFER. There are Arab states in the vicinity . . . . and it is clear that if the [Palestinian] Arabs are removed [to these states] this will improve their condition and not the contrary." (Expulsion Of The Palestinians, p. 159)

[A word of caution: when Zionists speak of "transfer", in practice they actually mean forcible population transfer (a.k.a. ethnic cleansing). As you have seen earlier; Zionists implemented "transfer" for Jews and Arabs alike with similar tragic results. Thus, engineering refugees' crises has been intrinsic to Zionism from day one.]
