Haavara FAQs: Evidence how Zionist leaders fomented antisemitism

To prove our point, please contemplate what David Ben-Gurion said once he was done reading Mein Kampf 1934, he declared:

"Hitler's policy puts all the Jewish people in danger", Ben-Gurion hoped that Nazis' victory would become "a fertile force" for Zionism [what about for the Jews David, did you care about them!] (The Seventh Million, p. 18)

[What Ben-Gurion called the "fertile force" was the LEVEL (which he often spoke in the 1930s) that would create the "Jewish state."]

The same logic applies for Ze'ev Jabotinsky, who stated in early 1933:

"The Third Reich's policy towards the Jews calls for a war of extermination. It is being conducted in a way that exceeds the bounds of humanity."(The Seventh Million, p. 18) which Jabotinsky asserted two years later too.

[Ask yourself: What did Jabotinsky and his Revisionist followers do to confront Hitler? Here is how the fathers of "Jewish Nationalism" confronted the rise of fascism: Ze'ev (Wolfy) and his followers doubled down on fascism with Hitler's fascist mentor Mussolini! Wolfy did the same thing but with his Polish fascist buddies before WWII. Revisionists were hardcore hardcore cynical, they were anti-Haavara only after Ben-Gurion and co. stole it from them first (see Haavara V1.0 by Sam Cohen)! Ironically, Jabotinsky attempted to replicate Haavara with Poland's fascists. But again, Ben-Gurion and Co. usurped it from him just before the war started!

Let us fast forward to the 1940s, Jabotinsky's followers either reached out for alliance with the Nazis (as late as 1941), or bombed WWII war efforts while their families were being gassed in Poland! YES, two of Israel's future PMs (Menachem Begin and Yitzhak Shamir) did exactly that during WWII. Mazeltov, Jews on this lovely gift for humanity: Zionism!]

Here is Ben-Gurion speaking forcefully in defense of Haavara on December 11th, 1935 (two months after the Nazis enacted the Nuremberg Race Laws). Note how David spoke of the destruction of German Jewry six years before the fact; despite this assertion, he and other Jewish Agency Executives allocated under 10% of the immigration certificates to German Jews (much of the certificates were grants from the British):

Only Eretz-Israel can serve as a cure for German Jewry, even if not for all of them; any other "cure" is a false hope. We cannot topple Hitler; perhaps he will be toppled some other way. We must be concerned with the fate of the children and women, who are choking in this destructive hell. There is one way to rescue them-- to bring them to Eretz-Israel, with their capital. Their capital -- that is, merchandise, and by this I do not mean French or English merchandise. The only question is whether the money will return to Germany. This is not German merchandise; this is Jewish capital, belonging to Jews who are going to their destruction ... we have no other honor except by rescuing Jews and bringing them to Eretz-Israel. [Notice how Ben-Gurion clearly implied that Jews could ONLY BE RESCUED in Eretz-Israel, and that explains why he referred to saving Jews, in countries other than of Palestine, as a "Witch Doctor's Medicine"! We didn't make it up; those were Ben-Gurion's own words! Zionists' antisemitism operated in the open in the 1930s and 40s.]

Now please contemplate Chaim Weizmann while addressing the 20th Zionist Congress in August 1937. Chaim recalled being asked whether he was saying that Palestine could accommodate all six million of Europe’s Jews; notice how Weizmann used the six million figure four years before the Final Solution. Here is how Weizmann's replied:

Catastrophic Zionism at its worst: Zionists often spoke of the Holocaust decades before its time. What did Zionists do to confront it? Zionists were the FIRST to normalize trade with the Nazis!

Thousands of years ago we heard the words of Isaiah and Jeremiah, and my words are but a weak echo of what was said by our judges, our singers and prophets. Two millions, and perhaps less: She'erit Hapletah- only a branch shall survive. We have to accept it."(Prof. Chimen Abramsky, p. 144 and here is the same quote from "The Times of Israel Blog" but it included the antisemitic racist version too)

[Pay attention to how Chaim almost used Ben-Gurion's terminology: "Witch Doctor's Medicine"! Thus, why bother to save the Jews outside of Palestine? They are doomed anyhow! Just imagine if Erwin Rommel made it to Palestine, which was a real possibility in 1941-42. In case you are curious, we have addressed that scenario in depth in another section.]

What was truly chilling was how Zionists Edwin Black (p. 226) and Tom Segev (p. 18,102-104) both found that Zionists used to talk about the calamity as if it was inevitable, as if shoah already happened starting from the mid-1930s (The Holocaust And The_Rise of Israel, p, 100). Therefore, in Zionists' minds, very little could be done to save Europe's Jews! Much to our surprise, we have found that the idea of Yad Vashem was born in the early days of the Holocaust (summer of 1942) when news of the calamity was barely known to FDR. As if in the Zionist mind, the Holocaust already happened; it is in the past, and one thing left for them to do is how to exploit the calamity and to turn it as the LEVER (using Ben-Gurion's sinister terminology) in the service of building their "Jewish state"! Please contemplate how Edwin Black described Zionists' mindset before the Shoah was underway to get a clearer picture:

Nazis vs. Zionists: Two sides of the same coin

Fomenting antisemitism was and still is Zionists' Golden Goose, which lays golden eggs whenever they want. To get a better context, to recognized that what you have read wasn't an anti-Zionist rant; we urge you to read the whole final chapter in Shabtai Teveth's book (who was Ben-Gurion's official biographer). The title of the last chapter is very revealing: "Disaster Means Strength". For the love of God, if he called it: "Jews as firewood," that would've been way more appropriate. As you read it, you shall discover that during the pre-Nakba period, Ben-Gurion & Co. kept emphasizing the importance of exploiting Jewish pain and suffering in the process of building the "Jewish state." You shall find NOTHING WHATSOVER about rescuing Jews. On the contrary, what was tragically funny was that the word rescue to Zionists used to have negative connotations. Once you examine what was spent on rescue from what was allocated and collected, well, you might lose your religion; you have been warned.
